After what had been a thoroughly rubbish day in many other respects, I finished off my Wednesday with a trip to see Mrs M. She seemed very popular today, as both times I rang her flat buzzer, she happened to be on the phone. She tells me that her brother has just had an operation on his eyes and so she had been in touch with her family round the clock to check on him.

The shopping list this week was nothing out of the ordinary, but unfortunately Sainsbury's have stopped stocking fish sauce. Hopefully one of Mrs M's friends can pick some up from China Town for her. Thanks Mrs M for the little chat, and the lovely spring rolls! It was a lovely way to end the working day.
