Paul and I met with Mr. R at the address and he directed us to move the bed in the middle of the upstairs room, move the TV from downstairs to upstairs onto Ms V's chest of drawers, move a heavy radiator from upstairs to downstairs and move two small stools from upstairs to downstairs. Paul recommended the main phone line of the local council so Mr. R could organise a large collection of a mattress. Mr R seemed satisfied with what we had done and provided his thanks!
