Really nice to see Mrs K again and she seemed much happier this week, I even got her to laugh! She had even managed to go to her twin Great Grandaughters 1st Birthday Party which last week she said was unlikely. So although its early days things are looking up. It was such a nice afternoon and she has a lovely garden. We saw a beautiful siamese cat trying to come in, which is why Mrs K can only leave the doors open a little bit. Then there was a big squirrel so an eventful afternoon topped of with a cup of tea and chocolate chip shortbread, delicious! Looking forward to my next visit.
