Oh Lordy! It's a trip to Lordship Rec!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Islington.

Area Activator Simon visited the newly opened parkrun at Lordship Rec in Tottenham on Saturday. After completing this lovely free weekly timed 5km run (open and accessible for all), he assisted with barcode scanning for the rest of the participants (the method used for registering times, runners and numbers for the event). Approximately 190 runners ran together yesterday, all processed between 3 barcode scanners (including Goodgym regular Latoya!).
