Oh, it's you!

Social visit for Mrs D this morning, pretty much as usual. Only due to lots of heavy showers I've decided to drive today, not ideal, but Mrs D was quite happy to see me dry. She was her usual self, started telling me all the troubles she's been having, particularly not happy with the strict diet she's been asked to follow by her doctor. Missing her biscuits for sure... Anyway, she told me this story about one of her lady carers, when she first showed up at Mrs. D's place, she said "Oh, it's you! I've seen you many times at the bus stop and you never spoke to me! I thought you was a bit swanky..." Mrs D denied it all, she never thought she was, or avoided speaking to her, or anything of the kind. They now get on like a house on fire, and they have a good laugh when they recall the first carer/patient encounter.
