I’ve been doing a weekly shop for the lovely Mr J for about three years, amidst the common items on hi shopping list there is often something a bit left field. Today was one of those days ….

‘Could you find me some shirts on the market for about £2 with a collar?’ This was surprising in that I have never seen him in anything even close to formal shirt before. I wasn’t optimistic as Friday isn’t a full market, but I promised to try. I even went into a shop I used to call Sunak supplies (it’s really Rishi Fashions) but they were a long way outside the budget.
