Not ‘fudging it’!

So another sunny Friday morning and it was time for whats becoming my usual shift at the Birmingham Central Foodbank. After a busy shift sorting a large donation on Monday it was now time to date all of the items and get them ordered in date ready to donate. With a steady stream of clients coming through the door we made sure that we had plenty of food packages ready to give out. It was also good to get a visit from some of the Ladywood volunteers who collected food for their own distribution service that they are providing to the local community at the moment. After another great shift it was time for a quick debrief them home.
