No pane, no gain.

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Ms K is a very chatty cute old lady who needed some windows cleaned. 'That's easy!' thought two relatively young and fit GoodGymmers who popped by her house to take on the task. The windows hadn't been cleaned in four years and were quite dirty on the outside as she couldn't find anyone to help her. It took several buckets of water and a lot of elbow grease, but we managed to make the windows all shiny again (at least in the dark). After being showered with compliments for looking so young and being so fit (she's a big fan of GoodGymmers!) and politely rejecting about five cups of tea, we called it a clean night and went our separate ways.

Mrs K got in touch with us to say thank you so much, and how much of a difference you made! Well done, both.
