This Monday half way into a 15km run I stopped off at Dads Lane for a coffee, to check on progress and to get involved painting the skirting boards!

I met new Dads Lane volunteer Joe who is an avid cyclist and runner, I hope after mentioning GoodGym he decides to come along to a session!!!
