1 Goodgymer returned to help LWS Night Shelter with sorting their donations.

Today was the task of cutlery and food containers. Whilst the shelter uses proper crockery and cutlery for those enjoying a meal in the church hall, some guests prefer to get a take away so we were sorting lots of disposable cutlery, paper cups with lids for those all important hot drinks(!) and take-away food tubs.

No dating to do this time - just a case of splitting items up into their respective types, loading them into crates or boxes and stacking them up neatly with labels to make it easier for volunteers to grab what they need when they come to the storage facility to top up supplies.

Sorted! (quite literally...)
