Darren and Elizabeth marshalled at Catton Parkrun today, Darren was timekeeper, I was number checker should the scanners have a melt down, fortunately that went smoothly. 431 people ran, jogged, walked a VERY hot course today, including Goodgymers Dan & Kate who tied the knot yesterday. Many Of our Goodgym family turn up to run to celebrate our first Goodgym marriage, as they met through their mutual love of running after joining Goodgym Norwich at our beginning. The Circus was in the Park so extra care was needed to dodge the dodgems , and no clowning around needed.
