1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

It went smoothly as one could expect at 10am which means the shop is relatively calm. I took the advantage and finished the shopping in less than 30mins. Did a bit of mine at the same time! Spent 20mins with Mr T catching up on current affairs and financial news.
