Neaten, tidy
3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

Tuesday evening saw 3 GoodGymmers meet near Victoria Park to move some furniture around and tidy up Mrs F's home ready for her return from hospital.
Ably assisted by a member of the Age UK team, Lucia, Ana and Ben's task involved shifting a chest of drawers and an ottoman cupboard to make space and to then generally have a tidy around the house.
With many hands making light work, the team were all done in a few minutes and headed off to once again brave the drizzle.
