Mrs H has been advised to self isolate and her GP asked for help from The Roundhay Voluntary Action Hub of which I’m a member. So today I (in my Good Gym T-shirt) did Mrs H’s big shop so she has enough of the basics for the week. We’ve still got to work out together if she needs it weekly or fortnightly but we will decide that going forward. It really felt good to be helping someone vulnerable and alone.
