2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Armed with our factor 50 SPF we assisted Mrs E to remove some weeds, trim back the hedges and give her a clean slate from which to grow her garden as she wished. Mrs E was appreciative of the effort made by the goodgym volunteers.
