(That’s an M People reference - great 90s band!)

My first ever GoodGym mission was to help Mr S and his wife load the contents of their home into a van for their house move. I ran from west of Bromley town to east (down the valley and up again!) and arrived arms willing, with some of their younger family ready to help too. The trickiest items were a sofa bed that needed manoeuvring down stairs, and an old precious cabinet. We got all the big items and heavy boxes on the van for the first (and main) run to their new home about a mile east.
