Moving furniture and our bodies
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

We were met by Katie from the Red Cross who let us in and helped us confirm what needed to be done. It was fairly straight-forward - we moved furniture from the living room upstairs to a bedroom downstairs in order to make room for a hospital bed.
