Three GoodGymmers met in Hackney to help Mr R move a sofa.

It was a miserable morning so we were grateful for the indoor mission today: moving a leather three seater sofa downstairs from a bedroom to a living room.

We got on with it right away: the sofa was huge so it needed to have the feet removed and be carefully contorted between doorways, hallways, and stairways.

We got it done though and Mr R was delighted and very appreciative. It was a proper bit of exercise with the heavy sofa. This will allow Mr R to enjoy the space in their home more and we were happy to help.
