It's amazing how much we can pack into one and a half hours! So from the top, Mount ETNA was thought of my Gillian and is perfect in capturing the both the mountain of leaflets that GG have delivered this January but also fits nicely with the aMOUNT of great things that ETNA do in the Richmond community. We ran our own baby Mount ETNA as well as tonight saw us do Richmond Hill for the first time this year! Oh how I have missed Richmond Hill.

Quite a fresh team of runners graced Richmond with their presence this evening. In particular a shout out for Rebecca and Sahel on their first GG run. As much as I love Richmond and in particular Richmond Hill, I often take great pride in introducing it to visitors, this was the first time I felt slightly cruel as poor Sahel's first encounter with little Mount ETNA meant that she had to run up it. I do hope that we haven't scared you from paying it another visit and I suggest on a sunnier day Sahel please go back, take a walk up the hill, stop at the pub at the top and look out at the splendor of Richmond.

ETNA (East Twickenham Neighbourhood Association) offers the people pf Richmond a huge array of workshops, classes and groups. The variety is amazing and in addition to all of these they have more specialist services for those struggling with addition and mental health difficulties. This task was a second endeavor to share what goes on at ETNA with the lovely people of Richmond - I can safely say there is not many in Richmond that now do not know. Well done Richmond GG for conquering the run, the shoulder press, squats and the biggest bunch of leaflets I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

Great teamwork as we divided and conquered our task, our run was not without the usual confusion for the poor run trainer who found himself running around on his own while he went in search of tonight's new runners (huge nostalgia as it reminded me of running around having fun looking for my friends when I was a boy) Oh how I love Monday night.

Tonight was so busy with maps, plans of attack, staying warm etc that I forgot to mention did anyone see the lovely pink sky this evening? I have chucked in a couple of photos in case you missed it If it was anymore rose it would match the new red laces that Jenna earned tonight on bringing a friend - don't panic I have lots so it would be great to meet your friends also.

We missed some of the regulars tonight particularly as we have just started some food talk again last week, although at least this week there was talk of Guinness at the top of the hill and how great it is to return to Wholefoods at the end of our good deed.

Oh I nearly forgot, there was a pre-task at Wholefoods as we shared the GoodGym love with the public.

We also forgot to discuss our next social, talk to me please (and oneanother!) and lets get everyone on the Whats App group!

On a closing note how many of you know of the scary monkey at the window in the back streets of Richmond? I'm a little spooked.

Happy Running

Mark
