1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

I came to Mr C to pick up his shopping list and was ask if I was ok to head to Morrison. Once in the shop I've swiftly pick all of Mr C's items when make my way back to him. He was grateful for the help and we had a little chat before bidding each other farewell.
