On the last sunny September Saturday morning of the year, seasoned Mission veterans David and Marta teamed up with me (Natalie), the Mission newbie to help sort out Mrs P's hedge and garden in Southwark.

Armed with a tiny saw and a pair of secateurs, we hedged our bets on getting the job done in reasonable time and indeed we got it sorted in a snip!

Refreshed by some lemonade kindly provided by the lovely Mrs P at half-time, we had things pruned & proper by midday. Foliage made fabulous, we headed off to enjoy the rest of our weekends.
