1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Today involved no car chases, nor abseiling down buildings, parachute jumps, fights in helicopters or down to the wire bomb defusing.
Ms Y just needed her electricity token topped up again from across the road at her local Co-op- so that's what I did.
