Quick lunchtime visit today to an elderly lady, Mrs B who needed some shopping.
Mrs B usually has supportive neighbours but they were unable to help for two weeks.
A quick call to local charity Help and Care and they made a referral to Goodgym Poole asking for help!
Sainsbury's visit with a shopping list and one happy lady!
