miles miles miles

Last night, Liam, Rob and Chris met up to do a litter pick in the local parks. After a quick chat, we decided not to do this and go for a run, so Liam could keep his distance up and legs moving in readiness for his marathon in two weekends time in Chicago. 

Chris decided on a route that was pretty flat but did include one hill, so we could push ourselves up it, we even went a slightly different way home to up the km ran.

Once we were back at base, it was time for a quick stretch and to go inside to rehydrate all the fluids we had just lost.

Next week we will be back at Fountains care home to do some more gardening, hope to see you there.
