Making meals for the homeless

My partner and I prepared some meals for homeless people that have been housed in a local hotel during the Coronovirus lockdown.
The Lambeth Covid-19 support group has created a rota for lunch and dinners to be cooked and delivered by local volunteers. We were down for dinner on Easter Monday and we went to pick up some disposable containers from the hotel earlier in the day and then cooked up a large veggie bean stew to be portioned into 18 containers. Hopefully everyone liked it!
Next up is lunch on Saturday.
