Kanika and Sheila went to the aid of Mrs L, who felt she was losing control of her garden. She has a large, beautiful garden which she and her husband had built up over the last 40 years, but they have now reached the stage where they are unable to tend it as they would like. It was clearly getting her down, so we set to work pruning the honeysuckle over an arch and the jasmine over an arbour. We also cut back the laurel along one fence, and Mrs L also joined in too. It was lovely chatting to her as we worked in the winter sunshine, and a pleasure to work in such a lovely garden. She was really pleased with what we had achieved, and her smile definitely made it worthwhile. She is also thinking of referring her 90-year old neighbour for some help with her garden, so watch this space!

Glad you wrote the report Sheila, I've learned so much from it! I would've only called them dried branches and green leaves 😂 Mrs L was lovely, and hope we can help out her neighbour too.
