Last minute decision to meet up with Chris (volunteer with the SHP Allotment) do some watering and install the new padlock so he would have a spare key.

You would think the padlock would be the easy bit but nope! It was secured to the packaging in a way that you could only get to it by using one of the keys and the keys needed Houdini to free them. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธHaving broken the only pair of scissors trying to get at them I improvised with secateurs but it still needed two hands and as the restraint finally gave way the keys flew off and disappeared.๐Ÿ™ˆ Luckily one was spotted twinkling on the top of the tool basket and two others had dropped further down in the basket. We needed all four keys for various helpers so I ended up the floor scrabbling round under the shed convinced it had dropped through the floor boards. Eventually it was discovered in the weave of the basket the others had been in.

Meanwhile Chris had quietly been getting on with the watering politely pretending not to hear my swear words and sensibly staying out of the way ๐Ÿ˜‚. We finished the calmer job of watering together and left when the tank was empty.

I forgot to take any photos so here is one of Houdini. ๐Ÿ˜Š
