Litter pickers and palms
2 GoodGymers made their way 30.1km to help the Friends of Chorlton Park (correct postcode is ***M21 7SL***) in Trafford.

Fi and i helped the friends of chorlton park with their Saturday morning session.
Fi was armed with a litter picker and got all sorts of rubbish tidied up. I was on palm leaf tidying duty!
Once we'd done that we did a fun fitness session and i carried on my ultra training by running home from class via most of Manchester!
