Mr A is getting on and also isn't very mobile, so he needs a hand with getting his groceries. He's always unfailingly cheerful and polite, and super organised with his list and bags. I love dropping in to help him out. Even when I'm flat out at work, it's lovely to feel like I've broken up the day by doing something useful. And it doesn't hurt that he always has a smile on his face.
