Lawn of the dread

It was a lovely sunny day for some doing good and it being Good Friday made it all the more appropriate!

Mr M has dementia and recently had knee surgery which has impacted his mobility. His garden was a bit overgrown and we agreed the best thing would be to focus on getting the lawn under control.

Cue an amusing period of trying to get one of the two mowers or the strimmer to work. Eventually we got a mower and the strimmer going and soon the lawn was getting a long overdue trim.

The grass was a bit wet which meant it kept getting clogged and didn’t go into the collector. No matter though, the cuttings were raked up once the lawn had been cut and soon enough it was all looking much better.
