3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Early this morning Lauren, Dom and Abi braved the drizzle to help prepare Ms L's living room for her return home after a couple of weeks in hospital.
This involved moving two sofas to create more open space, and giving the living room a general tidy up, taking care to make sure that Ms L's knitting materials were still accessible.
This should mean that Ms L can be discharged from hospital tomorrow and will be able to spend Christmas at home.
