Kingston Queens

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Kingston upon Thames.

Mr D was not exaggerating when he said the volunteer would need strong arms and bags. My workout of the week included foolishly carrying 16 pints of milk, King Edward potatoes and cleaning products just over 2km to a very happy Mr D.

Highlight of the mission was bumping into one of my best buddies Callum John Smallwood (who actually introduced me to Goodgym 2.5 years ago) on the way home during his lunchtime stroll along the Thames - love it.

This was the perfect way to spend the final morning of my week on annual leave, feeling super refreshed and ready to return to the daily grind next week.

Happy Friday! Cheers
