Some shade was definitely needed before I could call Ms M for her list. Ms M apologised by saying her list was quite long this week and as I readied myself for dictation was glad I'd found a decent sized tree to sit under near the Brunswick Centre.

Fortunately it wasn't War and Peace, and once inside the oasis that is Waitrose, was able to get around the aisles quickly and fill the basket. Ms M had asked for 6 tins of Schweppes Indian Tonic Water (other brands are available) and I did have to stop my mind lazily drifting towards thoughts of happy hours and refreshing iced drinks whilst still hunting down lentil soup.

Ms M asked me to bring the shopping into the kitchen as she wasn't able to lift the bag from the door as she continues to recover from a recent operation. We had a good chat about her plans to start to walk outside once again, and she did a quick test run whilst I was there to make sure she could get up and down the few steps outside her door. One successful take off and landing later, we wished each other well at the departure gate and I turned my mind to that much needed cooling refreshment.
