4 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km to help their local community in Trafford.

last night we joined Friends of Chassen Park to clear troublesome ivy from a large flowerbed in the park. It had taken quite firm hold and was stopping the other plants from getting any light.
Enter Allen and the Goodgym crew! We raked, chopped and chatted like mad and cleared the lot!
this is the best spot in the park now, thank you!
