Ivy and Nesting Herons

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

The latest trip to Mr J’s saw some reasonable progress in digging out the ivy that has been choking on side of the garden and one of his apple trees. There is probably another couple weeks worth of work to get it to a stage where it will be able to go into maintenance mode but feel as though getting there.

A lovely walk back to Lewisham through Brookmill Park afterwards, where a heron was nesting in her usual spot, with her parter patrolling at water level.
