6 unbee-lievable GoodGymmers covered 7.5 km in a run to Westcott Park Community Garden!! And i'm not sure how many more times I can use the pun unbee-lievable!

First of all, huge mega shoutout to newcomer Ann, who smashed 7.5 km having not ran for aaaaages. Ann you are a runspiration! Looking forward to seeing you at more GoodGym runs soon!

We took a nice steady pace through the charming Ealing streets straight into Acton. There were no surprise detours this time and we were there before we knew it!

We were greeted by Lola the cutest dog and now honourary GoodGymmer and set to work composting, mulching (of course) and working our cores guiding wheelbarrows over uneven ground! Even I got stuck into some real work (thank's Emily hehe!). The dark, cold evening didn't deter us and we were super quick spreading compost and mulch over some flower beds. We had an awesome chat and a laugh and learned something about Bee's and what is going on at the amazing garden there!

Then we sped back to Bodyline Studios, with enough time to organise a little social so for all y'all coming next week we will be gracing the North Star with our presence after the run! It was an absolute pleasure to see you all as always!!
