It was hot hot hot

Bill and I braved the heat today to volunteer at Catton Parkrun and boy was it hot even at 8.30am! 339 others turned out to Run/jog/walk the course. The winner arrived through the finish at an amazing 18.31 well done him. Many people were sensible and got around the course with a water bottle, much needed today. Plenty of walkers today, again very sensible. Well done everyone and big mention to all the marshals today, I think many wanted the cool woods to marshal but Bill and I were finish token and back up token people, it was hot but Bill was sensible wore his hat, I forgot mine but did have sun glasses.
