Neil and I decided to meet at Flirt and then head together to Mrs J's.

We ran straight there, Neil knows almost every road in Bournemouth which is super handy!!

Mrs J welcomed us in and was surprised at how handsome we were.....no, no she wasn't. She was lovely and had a step ladder ready along with the light bulbs. Neil braved the ladder and quickly removed the old bulbs and I passed him the new ones. MISSION COMPLETE!

Mrs J and her husband were really grateful as they are unable to climb stairs themselves. It's a great feeling being able to help someone, and a reminder of how we sometimes take our amazing body for granted.

Neil and I decided to run a longer route back to get a good work out in and ended up adding and extra 7km to our January Challenge!
