1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

The first of two missions for the day and I was off to pick up some meds for Ms J.
This provided great relief to Ms J as she had a few sleepless nights due to the pain.
After a quick chat I was on my way to Hackney for the second Mission.
