Fairy cakes are often on the delightful Ms Y’s shopping list, there was disappointed last week that neither the Co-Op nor the supermarket opposite had any. Today she was in luck! When I got back the flat it became clear that the carer was struggling with the over iced section of the freezer so I spent 10 minutes scraping to make sure Ms Y’s dinners were accessible.
