No tea for two today, after a 5k walk in midday heat it was a cold drink for me. I always enjoy my visits with my Age UK Buddy and it’s nice that they always look so overjoyed to see me. Today JJ was looking forward to their Son’s wedding this weekend. JJ is close to theIr Sons and grandchildren and it’s good to know that they look after her needs while helping JJ maintain their independence. JJ is very appreciative of all they do but there is one thing they’d like the families help with which is to use the internet, JJ said the family are not keen on helping them get on line. I advised that I expect they are concerned about scammers I know one of the things JJ would like to do is on line shopping and I didn’t want to incur the family’s wrath by helping JJ put their credit card details on line so I swerved that situation. I know Age UK have JJ on the list for internet training so I’ll leave it to the experts
