Mr R was very happy to have help with his shopping, he had never heard of GoodGym before but thought it was a wonderful idea.

He wanted 48 cans of coke zero to keep him stocked up over Christmas and a few food items. Quite the workout! Luckily, I found the lift, as when I first went to up pick up his shopping list I climbed the many flights of stairs and instantly regretted it!
