1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

All smooth sailing really, Miss O greeted me at the door with her cash & shopping list & the Morrison's was just around the corner.
2 cases of water, lots of pasta (macaroni included) & a few tins later, it was back to base - very glad to realise there was a lift in the building on my way back. Miss O was happy I'd got everything, including the nice-to-haves.
