Hello parkrun my old friend
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Perry Hall in Birmingham.

This will have to go down as one of the least selfless community missions I have ever done. I set up the course for the return of Perry Hall parkrun, ran the 5k and got the chance to catch up with many friends I had not seen in a year and a half. There won’t be many better Saturday mornings than this one.
