Hello and Goodbye Mr A
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Mission 1/2 of the day was meeting Mr A to pick up the bags, shopping list and money for a very short trip to Sainsbury’s. Just a short 20 minutes of walking around trying to find the likes of a Mowbray Pork Pie and tinned carrots… and I was back. Mr A was super grateful, it was a pleasure to help out on a lovely Friday 13th summers day 😊
