Mission

He who chair, spins

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Ian and I met Mr B, the neighbour of Mr E, on a wet and windy evening to move a recliner chair to facilitate Mr E's discharge from hospital.

We were relieved to walk past the tall blocks of flats to arrive at Mr E's bungalow. We were even more pleased, on arrival, to be steered away from the larger recliner chair to the more modest sized one - easy peasy!

With a few twists and turns through some narrow doorways, we got it out in no time, ready for the council to collect and take away.
