Happy New Year everyone............ Only a little group turned out for Bexley Goodgym last night but we didn't bale out. Yes it was bitter but its great great weather for running. With only three of us this evening we headed out onto Brampton Road to push out a 4km training run before heading back round to our friends at "The Danson Centre". Tonights good deed was to help the centre clear up after Christmas. It was straight into the gardens to break down and bin large bales of hay left from the reindeer visit last month. Let me tell you this was a workout on its own. However, it was helped by the Clubbercise classes music that was going on just inside the hall. We just couldn't stop ourselves having a dance whilst we worked.

Whilst doing the task we talked about what run events we were looking to do this year. We have a London marathoner , i was thinking of 'Man vs Horse' and we all thought we'd like to do the 'Chase the Train' run.....If you've signed up for Goodgym Bexley but are worried about turning up, being to slow, not fit enough, don't be. We're a great bunch of peeps. We look out, motivate and encourage each other, as well as having a lot of fun and laughs........so come on, sign up to next weeks task and have a blast!!!

See you all next week.........
