Hay making
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Windsor and Maidenhead.
- Saturday, 1st of July 2023
Ms C is now a wheelchair user and she can not tend her garden. The front lawn was very overgrown, and a tidy lawn would enable Ms C to enjoy her garden and access it in her wheelchair. Georgeta had previously done a great job with the rear garden, so now time to clear the front! Ms C provided a strimmer, which did a great job of cutting through the long grass in the large garden. I had to avoid cutting through the everlasting sweet peas dotted around the garden, as these are a big favourite and a lovely splash of colour. I raked up the hay, and filled up the green refuse bags. Ms C was very grateful for my efforts I took a 'before' photo, but totally forgot to take an 'after' one. Sack the photographer!
