Happy Lunar New Year in Hampstead

The year of the dragon got off to a great start with a good deed successfully accomplished. This was my second attempt at delivering medication to Mrs A, as the pharmacy didn't have them when I came last week. I ran up to Hampstead to collect her medication and then had a lovely scenic walk to drop them off at her flat. Mrs A was very appreciative of the work that GoodGym volunteers do. And it was a great excuse for me to get a long, hilly run in (wearing my culturally appropriate red GoodGym shirt) before coming home for a lunar new year meal with family. Kung Hei Fat Choi!
