Hackney Marshes Parkrun

On a slightly nippy Saturday morning some of the Goodgym family gathered at the Hackney Marshes centre to go for a stroll with a couple of hundred others, also known as Parkrun!

With Eva joining me on the stopwatches, the rest set off and flew round the course, usually finishing with a smile :-)

As always there were lots of people and things to do to prep, so i must admit i didnt get round to make a list of who attended, apologies if i missed out anyone! Let me know who is missing and i'll add him/her.

Afterwards there was a starter session with the tree musketeers, involving felling a tree and all sorts. Have a look at Joels report. Parkrun & Tree Musketeers seems a good combi... maybe something to do on a regular basis?
